How to Order

1. Choose your desire producst from Xnocs posting page.

2. Choose the size that you want (depending on products) from the size option drop down box.

3. Click “Add Cart” to add product to your shopping cart.

4. After adding to your cart, at the top of the same page, you will be able to click ‘View Cart” to view your shopping cart.

5. To remove or cancel your products, click on the “x” icon located at the far right end of your products selected.
Continue shopping, if you wish to do so, by navigation to the products you want and add to your shopping cart.

READY to pay? Kindly proceed to next FAQ, “Payment information” for direction.

1. When you have complete selecting your desire products and ready to made payment, kindly proceed with the following:
– If you have coupons to redeem, kindly key in your ‘promo code’ at the ‘coupon’ field shown as below:
– System will calculate and sum up the total amount to be paid after you redeem.
– Click – ‘Calculate Shipping’ and enter shipping area and ‘check’ the relevant shipping chages according. (Kindly refer to FAQ-‘What shipping method available’ to determine the relevant shipping and handling charges). Proceed to ‘Update Totals’
– ‘Proceed To Checkout’.

2. Sign up to our newsletter, if you wish to do so and continue.

3. If you wish to create an account with Xnocs, kindly ‘check’ the box ‘Create An Account’ and click on the link to create an account. If not, kindly refer to point # 5.

4. To proceed for payment, go to the right hand top and click on ‘Checkout’

5. Fill in your ‘Billing Details’ – this will be your mailing address for your cards. If the shipping address is different, kindly input the address you wish to ship to at ‘Ship to a different address’ section. If there is any special request or notes, you may input under ‘Order Notes’ section.

6. Choose your desire payment mode and click ‘Proceed to PayPal’. If your choice of payment mode is ‘Direct Bank Transfer’, kindly refer to the point # 8 , otherwise continue next step.

7. You will come to the below page. Choose the desire payment channel either via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
– If ‘Pay with my PayPal account’ – Fill in your email and paypal password to log in. (As per above snapshot). The next page will appear as below. Proceed to ‘Pay Now’.
– If ‘Pay with Credit or Debit card’ – Fill in the details require and proceed to ‘Pay Now’

7. Successful payment will be notified by Paypal via email. Xnocs will also notify via email that your order is under processing upon successful payment with a ‘Thank you’ note.

8. Click “Direct Bank Transfer”, if this is the desire payment mode. Click “Place Order” to proceed.

8. An “Order Received” page will appear to confirmed your order details. The details of the account to transfer your payment will be shown at this page.

9. An email will be forwarded to you immediately after you click “Place Order” stating the details information for payment.

10. Proceed to your bank “Cash Deposit Machine” or via “Internet Banking” to transfer your payment with the information provided in your email. Note that, the window time to made the payment is 48 hours upon receiving the email of acknowledgement. Your order will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within the 48 hours time frame.

11. Customer is required to send us an email to [email protected] and attached the payment slip or transfer proof in order for the company to proceed to process your order.

12. If Xnocs failed to received any payment within the time frame, Xnocs will proceed to cancelled your order and an email notification will be sent out to the respective customer.

13. Customer will receive another acknowledgement once Xnocs received payments and products are pack and handed over to courier company.

14. Customer will also receive another email simultaneously by Xnocs, providing you the another order number specifically for customer to track their order from courier service website. An example of the email, as below:

There will be no cancellation or changed once you submit and proceed to paid, as your order already begin its processing. However, when you receive your product, you may return the product based on our ‘Return Policy’ instruction.

•Education: Individuals who are employed as teachers or administrators of programs supporting outdoor sports and activities.

Payment & Shipping

We understand that shipping is an extra cost for online shoppers. Thus, we are offering FREE DELIVERY for purchase over RM500 amount in a single purchase with us and delivery within Malaysia; include Sabah and Sarawak

Xnocs reserves the right to change the shipment method according to the delivery location and weight of the products.

1. Gdex Express – Available cross major cities and towns of Peninsular/East Malaysia. Expected delivery period taken:
– 2-3 working days (Depending on Location) – Peninsular Malaysia (Free postage for purchase above RM500)
– 5-7 working days – East Malaysia (Free postage for purchase above RM500).

2. Poslaju – Available cross major cities and towns of Peninsular/East Malaysia. Expected delivery period taken:
– 2-3 working days (Depending on Location) – Peninsular Malaysia (Free postage for purchase above RM500)
– 5 – 7 working days – East Malaysia (Free postage for purchase above RM500).

Deliver Policy

1) Incoming orders will be processed on a daily basis on business days, which is Monday to Friday
2) The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 1.00pm (Malaysian Time).
3) In the event of technical or resources issue, Xnocs reserve the right to delay your order delivery without prior notice.
4) For urgent orders, please make a note in your order form so we can try our best to carry a special arrangement for you.
5) If it so happens that your ordered product is out of stock/overweight where your parcel will to be put on hold, the information will be updated via email to you or log in to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ (if you sign up with us at Xnocs as member), with our best to contact you before sending out your parcel. In certain conditions, we will refund you directly without prior notice.
6) Xnocs reserve the right to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your products.
7) After sending out your parcel, tracking number will be provided via email to you or log in to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ (if you sign up with us at Xnocs as member). There might be occasionally delivery delay during peak season such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year eve. Public Holidays, and certain occasion where estimated duration may not apply. You may contact courier service if you are not receiving your parcel within the estimated duration. Under the case where the issue have not resolved, please email us at [email protected] and we are happy to assist you with that. Reason causing the parcel to be rejected/returned due to undelivered/wrong address or contact number or delivery has not been attended additional shipping costs for re-sending the parcel will be bear by purchaser.

For all other international orders, products will be shipped using Malaysian International FedEx Express which takes about 10 – 30 working days for transit time between airports.

1. Where do you deliver to? – Currently, our international shipping covers Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia only. Once you have entered your shipping information, shipping rates will be determined based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code. Please refer to the chart below. Prices are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). (Xnocs – to prepare the chart of prices after decided courier company to use)

2. Will there be customs and import charges? – Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs and import duties vary, we are unable to tell you the exact costs. Do contact your local customs office to find out about additional charges.

3. Where should I track my parcel? – When your order is ready to be shipped, Xnocs will update the tracking information via email to you or log in to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ (if you sign up with us at Xnocs as member). You may track your international parcel here at

Standard shipping time frame for Malaysia deliveries:

1. For orders in across major cities and towns of Peninsular Malaysia, orders will be deliver within 2 – 3 working days from the date of order received.

How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location. You can check your order status online with our Order Tracking Tools.

Tracking your delivery

1. ‘Internal tracking’ – to track the progress of your orders internally i.e from the time you place your order until Xnocs process, packed and ready to shipped. To track, Go to top right of Xnocs page – “Track Your Order”, click and enter your Order Number (provided by Xnocs via email) and your email address.


2. If your order has already been pick up by courier company, you will be given a new tracking number as per courier company via email from Xnocs. Insert the tracking number to track your package at the courier company accordingly:

As mention, once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on GDex, Poslaju and FedEx.

We are proud to stand behind on everything we sell. We hope you are happy with your new purchase and that it will help you enjoy the great outdoors. If for any reason your purchase isn’t what you’re after, then don’t hesitate to return it to us.

You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged through misuse (including external factors, such as weather, chemical components, general wear and tear and accidents), soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Return goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging.

However, there are a few items that sadly cannot be returned, and this is either due to health & safety or hygiene reasons. Below are categories of the non-returnable and non-exchangeable items.

  • Climbing safety equipment
  • Safety headwear, including climbing, riding and cycling helmets
  • Underwear, swimwear and compression wear
  • All gas cylinders and gas cartridges
  • Consumables, such as food and batteries

Clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes if available. For any exchanges made due to your preference for another size or another color, you must place a new order in our online store.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

The items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you to obtain a proof of postage. Our returns address is: YellowStone Sdn Bhd, No.16 (Grd Flr), Jalan Telawi, 59100 Bangsar Baru, KL, Malaysia.

How do I make a product return?

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

Step 1: Fill in “Return Form”

Click the “Return Form.pdf” below and fill in the necessary information required for online return request. Kindly follow instruction in the return form by ensuring you complete step 1 to 4.

Step 2: Receive instructions and prepare your parcel

We will notify you via e-mail your return number and the instructions to return your item, within 48-72h. If you don´t receive any email, please check your junk mail folder or visit the section Messages in your customer account.

Step 3: Send your parcel

Please send your returned item to the address indicated on your return form. Please make sure the return form we´ve sent you with the instructions is filled out correctly and placed in your return parcel. Item must be in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging. Please do not attach any labels or duct tape directly on item´s packaging.

Step 4: Refund

When your return is being processed, you will receive an automatic email. We’ll also send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. It can take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return to be delivered back to our warehouse and completed. N.B.: If you want to exchange your item, you need to return it and then place another order.

1. If you have received a product that has been open or being tempered/damned, do not open the products and immediately contact us by phone at 03-22871118 or email us at [email protected] within 3 business days of receipt.

2. If you have received a product that has been damaged or have missing products from your order after you open it, contact us by phone at 03-22871118 or email us at [email protected] within 3 business days of receipt.

3. Keep all products, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection.

4. For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the product as well as the condition of any packaging via email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective products for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the products according to the return policy.

5. For missing products, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the product was not hidden from view. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.

6. Cost of transportation for damage or missing products are bear by Xnocs.

We always want you to have a great experience with Xnocs. In addition to our Customer Refund Policy, please read and understood the policy carefully before an order has been made. Following standard refund policies:

Types of Refunds

We reserve the right to provide refunds only in Xnocs credits to customer’s account. Cash refunds will only be done on the basis that there is an error on the item which resulted from us. All other refunds via debit/credit cards will be refunded via account credits.

When is a Customer Eligible for a Refund?

1. If the customers change their mind about any of products purchased, we reserve the right to not process a refund on this basis.

2. A customer is able to claim for a refund if they did not receive their product due to a technical error. The customer is still expected to produce proof of payment before the refund is processed.

3. A customer cannot refund on the basis that a better deal is offered elsewhere.

4.Should any seller offer a better deal to a customer, the customer is unable to refund on this basis.

5. A customer cannot refund based on a third party review advising them not to purchase.

6. A customer cannot refund on the basis that purchase price is made during promotion. NO previous price changes after promotion period.

7. Refunds are also not issued should a customer change their mind about the purchase.

8. If a purchase is made in error, a refund is not available as all sales are final.

9. If payment made via bank transfer, it is advisable to transfer the exact amount of your billed. Any extra bank transfer will not be refund by Xnocs. Eg: Total amount RM147 but RM150 was paid. Xnocs will not be refunding the balance of RM3 to customer.

10. How do I return my Order? – To initiate a return, or if you have questions regarding defective merchandize returns for products purchased online on, kindly refer to FAQ-’What if I receive a defective or damaged products during transportation’ for further action or please contact us at 03-22871118 or email us at [email protected]

11. When will I get my refund? – Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by us and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check may take up to 2 days, though generally less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by Xnocs online store to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider. What can be exchange?

1. Products can be exchange if Xnocs deliver wrong product example not the size as per your order or color. Customer are required to take a picture of the your order with the tag remain and pack it back ready to return. Kindly refer to the “Return Policy” for further information and action of your return.

2. Replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 2 business days. We will send you an email notification once completed.

3. Please expect to receive your replacement within the following time frame – refer to shipping information for the time frame of return.

4. How do I know if replacement has been processed? – You will receive an email notification stating that we are now processing the replacement for your order. You will also be given a new order number from [email protected]

In what circumstance Xnocs is responsible to pay?

Xnocs will pay the postages and transportation cost of the returns products under the following circumstances:

1. Products delivered and is defective. Kindly refer to ‘FOQ-What if I receive a defective or damaged products during transportation’ to identify what is defective product.

2. Products delivered to customer is not the size ordered.

3. Product delivered to customer is not the color ordered.

4. Product delivered to customer is not the model ordered.

5. Product delivered to customer is not the product ordered.

Sponsorship Evaluation
Your sponsorship proposal will be evaluated and will take about 5 – 8 weeks, at which time you will be informed of Xnocs’s decision.
